Cal Raubolt
Cal Raubolt recently joined Roger Futerman & Associates after serving as an Assistant Public Defender in the 6th Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County. His experience as a Public Defender allowed him to gain a tremendous amount of in-the-courtroom experience working with hundreds of clients and handling motions, hearings, and trials on misdemeanor and felony cases.
Mr. Raubolt received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law after graduating cum laude in 2023. While in law school, he served as a Notes and Comments Editor on the Stetson Law Review and the Stetson Business Law Review. He also worked as a teaching assistant in Research and Writing I & II, for now, Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, Jason Palmer, for four semesters. During that time, Mr. Raubolt was Dean Palmer’s research assistant, helping him finalize two books on domestic and international mass claims and international litigation and arbitration. Mr. Raubolt interned with United States Magistrate Judge Amanda Arnold Sansone in the Middle District of Florida giving him experience in a federal courtroom as well as insight into the federal judicial process.
Mr. Raubolt received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida after graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Philosophy.
Mr. Raubolt is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts.
