DATE: 12/2023

OUTCOME:

Client was arrested and charged with felony DUI for his third DUI offense within 10 years. The felony charge was reduced to misdemeanor reckless driving. The client received probation and no jail time.

DATE: 08/2023

OUTCOME:

Client was charged with DUI manslaughter. After taking the case over from another lawyer, one year of litigation and a lot of Defense investigative work to include reconstruction, drone video footage, and expert witnesses, the Defense was able to convince the State to drop the DUI manslaughter.
